Q> How do I sign up? (Paano mag-sign up)
A> Simple lang. Two ways to sign up:
- Register through our website at www.usbayadcenter.com, or
- Call our customer service number at (415) 839 9479 and to one of our USBayadCenter representatives.
- Registration is FREE!!! That’s right, free!.
Q> I’m here in the U.S. How do I find out how much to pay when I don’t have the bills in front of me?
A> There are several ways:
For Meralco, you can sign up for online notification at www.meralco.com.ph when signing-up call or e-mail the person you are paying for and have any bills in the past 12 months ready to be read back to you. Get the Service ID No., Bill Date, and the Amount. Make sure that the e-mail address is forwarded to you. Approximately 9 days before a billing cycle, you will receive an e-mail notification from Meralco. You will need the Meralco Reference Number (26 digits long) to pay for the current bill. Meralco only accepts exact payments from the amount due. Use this information to pay for your Meralco Bills
For PLDT, you can sign up for their notification at www.pldt.com.ph/consumerbillsonline When signing-up, call or e-mail the person you are paying for and get the following information: account name, account number. Fill-in other required information but make sure the e-mail address points to your e-mail address. You will receive a monthly notification from PLDT and you may use that information to pay your PLDT bills.
For Bayantel, Manila Water, and Maynilad you can get the account number(s) once from your relative or friend and ask how much to pay every month. These billers allow over/exact/underpayment as long as the account is in good standing. We highly recommend paying exactly as seen on the current bill.

Assist service. If you need help in setting up your account, call our help desk at (415) 839-9479. He/She will help you set up your account, get all the information you need from your relative or friend, and remind you every month when payments are due. For a limited time, this service is free for new members.
Q> What are the modes of payment? (Ano ang mga pamamaraan ng pagbayad)
A> We only accept the following modes of payment:
- Major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- ATM Checkcards
Q> What utilities can I pay? (Ano-ano ang mga “utilities” ang maaring bayaran)
A> We accept payments for the following companies/billers:
- MERALCO (Manila Electric Company)
- BayanTel (Bayan Telecommunication, Inc.)
- MAYNILAD (Maynilad Water Services, Inc.)
- MWC (Manila Water Services, Inc.)
- PLDT (Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company)
- SSS (Social Security System)
- Short Term Loans
- Real Estate
Q> How soon can my payment be credited? (Gaano kabilis bago matanggap ang bayad)
A> If you send your payments before 7:00 pm PST, Sunday - Thursday, your payment will post the same day. Payments sent after cut-off and on weekends and holidays (Philippine Time) will be considered as next business day transaction.
Q> Is my payment information secure? (Safe and secure ba naman ang aking information)
A> Yes, your personal information and payment information is secure with us. We respect our customers’ privacy and we do not share our customers’ information to any third party vendor. Your payment information is protected. We DO NOT collect credit card information. We pass your information directly to our credit card processing center First Data.
